FILM DAY Skills for Business helps your team to identify and realise their personal motivational profiles - with the result that they will work closer together, avoid conflict and achieve better results for your organisation
Initally we get your team to identify their Key Motivational Driver (KMD) - what gets them out of bed in the morning. Their KMD then guides them to an approriate Film Day role. The Film Day process allows indivuals to work with their team colleagues in a creative environment away from work in which they each learn the value of their own and others motivations and how to overcome differences without it getting 'personal'. The teams are then shown how to apply the lessons leaned in te film making back into their work environment for a healthier, happier team.
