are very similar to those needed by today's managers and team leaders.
This option provides a unique platform for personal development
- it is designed to develop leadership skills, personal image and decision making
in selected individuals within your team. |

HOW
IT WORKS:
Each team is given a political manifesto and they choose one of their number to be their 'PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE'. With the help of our experts the team set about grooming him or her for the top job - helping develop presentation skills, public speaking, dress, voice and body language to create the all-important leadership image. The team then create their own 'Party Political Broadcast' film - with the candidate walking in fields of corn, kissing babies or whatever the team think appropriate. In each film the candidate must deliver a short speech to lay out his or her manifesto, and they must be interviewed by a news reporter.
At the end of the day the films are viewed by the whole group who then vote for the 'president'.
The winner gives an acceptance speech at the gala dinner. |
